Our work is guided by cultural authority, lived experience, and community-led practices. We ask that all enquiries are made with respect for cultural protocols, intellectual property, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ownership of stories, designs, and knowledge.
Not all requests can be accommodated. Some matters may require consultation with artists, Elders, or community representatives, which can take time.
Response Times
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Community and cultural consultations may take longer due to the care and consideration required.
